Film-Set Tuition
We have a vast amount of experience with working with students on film and television sets on location all around the world, and we provide tutors to production companies.
We have packages available to suit all preferences, including remote tuition and on-location tuition available. We work closely with the student, the parents, the production company and the student’s school, to ensure that the student has access to the best education whilst they’re not attending formal school.
We have in-depth knowledge of the syllabuses of education systems all around the world, and this makes us stand out from the rest when it comes to ensuring we get the best results for your children with careers.

The Railway Children Return
We are proud that our tutors have worked as the providers for on-set tuition for The Railway Children Return.
Working on-set, our tutors were able to work directly with the child performers, ensuring they could maintain a high quality of education whilst working on the film.
Our tutors were able to work flexibly and collaboratively with the production studio, as well as maintaining a close relationship with the parents and with the children’s schools.
The Crown
Our tutors have worked providing online tuition to child performers on The Crown. Our sessions are able to be flexible, working around when the students are available for their lessons, as well as working closely with parents and producers to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the service being provided.
FAQs
Do you provide on-set tuition all around the world?
Our tutors and chaperones cover the whole of the world for students on-set, working primarily with production companies based in the UK or USA.
Do you provide chaperones who also provide tuition?
Our chaperones are all highly vetted and experienced. The majority of our chaperones are also able to provide general tuition to students, but for more targeted tuition, we recommend working with our team of tutors as well.
Are chaperones and tutors DBS checked and licensed?
All of our chaperones have an enhanced DBS certificate (a U.K. check of criminal records) and have a license enabling them to act as chaperones on-set. Our tutors also have an enhanced DBS and are LADO checked and thoroughly vetted.
Are you able to provide tuition over zoom for our performers?
If tuition is required and online tuition would work best, we are able to provide a session or workshop at a time to suit the production. (Please note, this must be a set time arranged in advance).
Do you work with parents of child performers ?
At Tayberry, we value the importance of family and therefore always consider the feelings of the family as a whole. We are able to work positively with parents, the student, the production company and teachers/schools to ensure the best path to success.
